This time of year can be especially stressful for college students because of the pressure of finals and their semesters ending. Easy and healthy snacks can be lifesavers during these difficult times. As a child, one of my favorite go-to snacks was a frozen Go-Gurt, but as I have gotten older I try to choose healthier alternatives. Frozen fruit and yogurt bars satisfy this craving and then some, they are so delicious and comforting during stressful times or long studying days. I love this recipe because it is endlessly customizable.
